This course takes place at a cooking school located 10 minutes walking distance from the Institute. Both beginner and advanced students may take this course. All of the courses are offered (in English) once a week in the afternoon (see below). Students may take only one course, or any combination of the courses. C-1 Tuscan Cooking Course C-2 Regional Cooking Course C-3 Vegetarian Cooking Course C-4 Italian Wine Course In this course the best typical wines are presented and “tasted”. The teacher explains their characteristics, methods of production and aging, and also provides tips for appreciating the wine and recognizing the quality.
